Sample Development
We produce samples matching your specifications — formulation, viscosity, color, packaging format. Sample lead time is typically 5-7 working days. Shipping via DHL/FedEx for fast evaluation.
Sample Approval & Artwork
Once you approve the product sample, submit your packaging artwork (AI/PDF format). Our design team can also create label and packaging designs based on your brand guidelines.
Production & QC
Bulk production begins after artwork approval. Standard lead time is 15-25 days depending on order size. Each batch passes through our 6-point QC inspection process before packing.
Shipping & After-Sales
We arrange container loading, fumigation (if required), and export customs clearance. Full shipping documents provided: commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, COA, MSDS. After-sales technical support included.

Production Capacity
Our factory operates 3 production lines for liquid adhesives (contact adhesive, shoe adhesive), 2 aerosol filling lines (spray adhesive, PU foam), and 1 sealant filling line (silicone sealant, construction adhesive). Monthly capacity exceeds 500 tons of liquid adhesive and 200,000 aerosol cans. We can scale production to meet seasonal demand peaks.
