Our Story
Founded in Guangzhou, Guangdong, ChinaGluePro started as a small contact adhesive workshop serving local furniture factories in the Pearl River Delta. Over 15 years, we have grown into a full-scale adhesive and sealant manufacturer with six product lines, three production facilities, and export partnerships spanning more than 60 countries.
Our growth has been driven by a straightforward principle: manufacture adhesives that perform reliably in real factory conditions — not just in the lab. This means our products are formulated and tested for the specific challenges faced by shoe factories in Vietnam, furniture workshops in Kenya, construction sites in Saudi Arabia, and automotive suppliers in Thailand. We understand that adhesive bond failure on a production line causes costly rework and delivery delays, which is why quality consistency is the foundation of everything we do.

Factory & Production
Liquid Adhesive Production
3 production lines for contact adhesive, shoe adhesive, and water-based adhesive. Reactor vessels from 1-ton to 10-ton capacity. Monthly output exceeds 500 tons. Automated mixing, viscosity control, and filling systems ensure batch-to-batch consistency.
Aerosol Filling Line
2 high-speed aerosol filling lines for spray adhesive and PU foam. Capacity: 200,000+ cans per month. Automated propellant charging, crimp sealing, and pressure testing. Can sizes from 300ml to 750ml.
Sealant Filling Line
Dedicated filling line for silicone sealant and construction adhesive. Cartridge filling (260ml-600ml), sausage packing, and pail filling. Automated nozzle capping and labeling. Monthly capacity: 100,000+ cartridges.
R&D Laboratory
In-house formulation lab with universal testing machine, viscometer, heat aging oven, and VOC analysis equipment. Our R&D team develops custom formulations and performs quality testing to ISO and ASTM standards.
Quality Control
6-point QC inspection on every production batch: raw material incoming check, mid-process viscosity test, bond strength test, heat resistance test, packaging inspection, and pre-shipment random sampling. Full traceability from raw material lot to finished carton.
Warehouse & Logistics
On-site warehouse with 2,000+ sqm storage capacity. Hazardous goods classified storage for solvent-based products. Located near Guangzhou port for efficient container loading. Export documentation and customs clearance handled in-house.
