EU Chemical Regulation
REACH Compliance
Products exported to the European Union comply with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) regulation EC 1907/2006. We maintain a current SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) screening list and ensure all raw materials used in EU-destined products are REACH-registered. REACH compliance documentation is available for all product lines upon request.

SGS Testing & Certification
Our products undergo regular third-party testing by SGS — the world's leading inspection, verification, testing, and certification company. SGS test reports cover product performance parameters (bond strength, viscosity, solid content), safety characteristics (flash point, VOC content), and compliance with relevant standards.
Hazardous Substance Restriction
RoHS Compliance
Applicable adhesive products comply with EU RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) Directive 2011/65/EU. Our sealant and adhesive products used in electrical, electronic, and automotive applications are tested to confirm they do not contain restricted heavy metals (lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium) or restricted flame retardants (PBB, PBDE) above threshold levels.

MSDS / SDS Documentation
Every product ships with a complete Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS/SDS) compliant with GHS (Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals). Our SDS documents cover hazard identification, composition, first-aid measures, firefighting measures, handling and storage, exposure controls, physical and chemical properties, stability and reactivity, toxicological information, and transport information.
Quality Control
6-Point QC Inspection Process
01 — Incoming Material
Raw material inspection: verify supplier COA, check purity, viscosity, and appearance against specifications before releasing to production.
02 — In-Process Check
Mid-production viscosity, temperature, and mixing time monitoring. Samples pulled at critical process points for real-time QC verification.
03 — Bond Strength Test
Peel strength and shear strength testing on standard substrates using universal testing machine. Results compared against product specification limits.
04 — Heat Resistance Test
Bonded test specimens subjected to heat aging at specified temperatures (60°C - 150°C depending on product) to verify thermal stability.
05 — Packaging Inspection
Fill weight accuracy (±2%), seal integrity, label correctness, packaging appearance, and carton packing quality verified before palletizing.
06 — Pre-Shipment Sampling
Random sampling from finished pallets. Retained samples stored for 12 months for traceability. COA issued with test results for each batch.
